Can anyone help me come with cosplay ideas?

I apologize for the Armageddon Expo cosplay next year, and I want it to be a Strong cosplay as my cosplay was this year was very weak, it did not like this when I was in costume at all. I have a white short, thin, with blue chicks Eyes and by the time of the expo, I should have the hair on my shoulders. Assuming I can party wigs and dye-free access, but not colored contact lenses, which I can as a cosplay? Height: 5 foot 4 Weight: about 119 pounds of settings: I would prefer not to strap on my chest again, it is painful and restricts my breathing. If you get hair dye then I would say, Nami from One Piece. Her character has a larger bust and is fairly easy to cosplay while simultaneously to recognize. It has many different outfits throughout the series only to pick one. Not sure if you want anime cosplay or not, but it is only a suggestion.
