Where can I find a good cosplay jackets for Edward and Alphonse?

I want to go an anime con with my cousin and we want as the Elric Brothers Dress. (Ed and Al from the series) from the film. We can make the most of the outfits themselves, but would of very good quality jackets and a pocket watch prices like WITHOUT ridiculous. (The red jackets and black jackets below) I live in Chesapeake, VA. Are there any shops where I to find the individual jackets at a fair price? I do not mind buying online, but I do not want to pay more for shipping than for what I buy. Even someone could recommend a good store, high quality wigs. I can style the wigs.
