Where can I find a red hooded sweater that looks so Wanijima Agito from Air Gear?

I do not want me as Agito from Air Gear Cosplay, but I can not afford to Buy your own store a made outside of eBay or a Japanese. So I decided to put something together with Tripp pants from Hot Topic, a jacket and an eye patch.
